Delivery Times

Incorrect Shipping Information


Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Sway Emoto is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.


Lost or Delayed Shipments


Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the carrier’s responsibility. If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in working with the carrier.


Damaged Packages


If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging so we can review your claim.


International Shipping


International shipping may be available for select destinations. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
